My father and I have just recently used Superior Mold Solutions (SMS) for a rental property we own. Nobody wants to be told they have a black mold infestation because of the possible health problems it brings plus the cost of the remediation. Gabe the owner of SMS is a very knowledgeable and experienced specialist in the mold remediation field. Gabe and his employee explained exactly what they were going to do. They also told us what chemcials were going to be used to kill the mold and that it would be sealed in there with epoxy.
